做法(fǎ ):春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
