做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
