做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
