做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
