做法:春笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
