做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
