做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
