做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的(de )时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
