做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
