做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
