做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大火(huǒ )煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
