做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉(ròu )片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
