做法(fǎ ):春笋切成(chéng )片后(hòu )加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
