做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的(de )时候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
